Who may qualify?
Your household income must be at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. View current income guidelines.
What income is counted?
Eligibility is based on your household's gross income (before taxes and other deductions). Examples include:
- Wages and salaries
- Social Security benefits
- Unemployment benefits
- Pension or retirement income
Income earned by dependent children under age 18 is not counted.
When applying, you may provide income information from the previous 30 days or the previous 12 months. Use the period that best reflects your household's current situation.

- Current utility bill or account information
