REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals will be received at Step Forward, 1801 Superior Ave. Cleveland, OH 44114 until noon, November 30th, 2021. This RFP is for snow removal services.
Step Forward is one of the largest community action agencies in the state and operates the largest head start program in Ohio.
