Doug Bennett joined Step Forward in 2015 as Vice President of Community Services & External Affairs and currently serves as Vice President of External Affairs. He leads the organization’s outreach activities, community events, public relations efforts, and engagement with local, state, and federal officials. In his role, Doug serves as an ambassador for Step Forward, building strategic relationships that advance the organization’s mission and visibility throughout the community.

Before joining Step Forward, Doug worked in Community Affairs for Gateway Health and held positions with Medical Mutual, Leadership 18, AT&T, and National City Bank. He also operated his own consulting business.
