The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing tasks related to scheduling, order tracking and communication with patients/clients and the VA. Responsibilities: Assisting in day-to-day operations: scheduling appointments, returning calls, responding to inquiries, verifying all required paperwork is provided by delivery pickup repair staff, monitoring communications from customers, creation of files for delivery/ service; Ensure all messages have been retrieved and return calls made; Update notes in website; contact VA purchasing agents by phone and email as needed; Order all parts that were approved by the VA; data enter all PO's for parts ordered; charge up PO's in TIMS once parts are ordered; deplete inventory on patient order; Schedule deliveries and pickups with the patient as needed.
