We are looking for experienced call center representatives to join our Customer Care Service team. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences with every interaction. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries including checking, savings, certificates of deposit (regular and IRA), debit cards, online banking issues, as well as assisting with equity and mortgage servicing questions; Process deposit account openings with accuracy and care; Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a warm, professional, and empathetic tone. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 1-year recent experience in a call center environment; Exemplary customer service skills; Ability to understand and explain financial information over the phone and via email.

MEDICAID LIAISON - CUYAHOGA COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES - CLEVELAND

Full-time. Pay: $47,000 - $75,200-- this is not the range for new hires. The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Cuyahoga DD) is seeking a Liaison to expedite the process of establishing Medicaid eligibility to enroll individuals in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers; assists with maintenance of Medicaid eligibility through Medicaid and HCBS redetermination processes. Responsibilities: Maintain daily communication and consultation with the Specialized Medicaid Benefits Center (SMBC) staff, Community Medicaid Caseworkers, and Support Administrators regarding scheduled appointments, required verifications to complete eligibility, and results of initial and renewals interviews for waiver applicants/enrollees; Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails from Cuyahoga DD and SMBC staff, walk-ins from providers, payees, and individuals/guardians regarding Medicaid eligibility, scheduled or missed interview appointments with SMBC, Medicaid verification, and other concerns for recommendation or resolution; Coordinate and collect applicable forms for initial Medicaid enrollment, SNAP benefit, and renewals from Cuyahoga DD staff, individuals/guardians, payees, and providers to submit to SMBC; Review applications and communicate with Cuyahoga DD staff regarding errors and required corrections for Medicaid enrollment. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Two years' work experience with CRIS-E system, MITS, and Medicaid eligibility process preferred; Two years' work experience with HCBS waiver programs is preferred; Two years successful work experience with programs for persons with DD is desirable; Valid state of Ohio driver's license and continued maintenance of excellent driving record.

CLINICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II - COLE EYE INSTITUTE - CLEVELAND

Full-time. Pay: $16.47- $23.61 per hour. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Duties: Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively; Act as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering, and triage phone calls; Administer calendar and schedule management; Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Three years of office experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point); Associate's Degree (preferred); Typing proficiency of 35 wpm with accuracy (preferred).
