Winter Crisis Program
This service is for people who
• are threatened with disconnection
• have been disconnected
• have less than a 25% supply of bulk fuel in their tank
Winter Non-Emergency Program
This service is for people who

need assistance with winter heating bills
-
have not been disconnected
-
want a direct payment toward main heating account
Summer Cooling Program
This service is for people who
-
need assistance with cooling bills
-
need household fans and/or air conditioner
-
are 60 or older or have a documented medical need
PIPP +
Percentage of Income Payment Plan
This service is for people who
• can pay a percentage of household income each month
• would prefer a consistent payment plan
• want to work to eliminate outstanding energy bills
This service is for people who
• need assistance with paying an electric bill
• have made a payment with the last 90 days
• have not utilized the program in the past year
