Duties: Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets related to the routing and submission of the OISP, using Brittco, OnBase, the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) portal, or a combination of the three; Monitor and analyze Targeted Case Management (TCM) data and associated revenue.
