George Phillips Olivier serves as Vice President of Operations for Step Forward, where he oversees the agency's Maintenance, Facilities, Information Technology, and Transportation teams. He works closely with department leaders to strengthen operations, oversee procurement, coordinate resources, and ensure the organization has the infrastructure and support needed to advance its mission.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, George earned a degree in Business Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Before joining Step Forward, he held executive leadership roles with the Chicago Housing Authority and the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), where he managed large-scale public housing operations and led complex organizations serving thousands of residents.
George holds certifications in property management, maintenance management, and public housing administration.
