Saaid Mansour
Chief Financial Officer
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Saaid Mansour brings more than a decade of financial leadership and a deep commitment to community service to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Step Forward. A graduate of Rocky River High School, Saaid went on to earn his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University, establishing the foundation for a career defined by precision, integrity, and results.
Saaid began his professional journey at Dwellworks, LLC in Cleveland, serving as an Accounting Representative. There, he honed his technical accounting skills and developed a sharp eye for process efficiency, accuracy, and client service - strengths that continue to guide his leadership today.
In 2014, Saaid joined Step Forward as a Temporary Accountant. His consistent performance and commitment to excellence quickly earned him a series of promotions: General Ledger Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance. In October 2025, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Across more than a decade with Step Forward, Saaid has been instrumental in strengthening the agency’s financial infrastructure, modernizing reporting systems, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. He has played a key role in aligning fiscal operations with the organization’s mission to empower individuals and families to overcome barriers and achieve self-sufficiency.
Outside of Step Forward, Saaid stays closely connected to the Cleveland community. He has served as Board Treasurer for the Beit Hanina Community Center, contributing his financial expertise to support local programs and cultural initiatives that strengthen neighborhood ties.
Saaid is known for his steady leadership, collaborative approach, and dedication to both his team and the community he serves.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two children, Maya and Mohammed.
