Saaid Mansour
Chief Financial Officer
Saaid Mansour serves as Chief Financial Officer at Step Forward, bringing more than a decade of financial leadership and a strong commitment to community service. A Cleveland native, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University and began his career at Dwellworks, LLC as an Accounting Representative.
Saaid joined Step Forward in 2014 as a Temporary Accountant and advanced through several leadership roles, including General Ledger Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance, before being named Chief Financial Officer in October 2025.
Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in strengthening the agency’s financial infrastructure, modernizing reporting systems, and promoting accountability and transparency across the organization.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Saaid has served as Board Treasurer for the Beit Hanina Community Center, supporting local programs and cultural initiatives through his financial expertise. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, dedication to his team, and commitment to the community he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two children, Maya and Mohammed.
