Pay your monthly amount
Pay your PIPP amount in full and on time each month.
Complete annual reverification
Keep your PIPP benefit active by completing your annual income reverification online. Reverify now.
Receive year-round help

Eligibility
You may qualify if:
- Your household income is at or below current program guidelines
- You receive natural gas and/or electric service from a utility regulated by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO)
- You can provide proof of household income and other require documentation
Keeping Your PIPP Benefit
PIPP benefits are not permanent. You must complete reverification to continue receiving your PIPP benefit.
- You will receive a notice when it's time to reverify
- Complete your reverification by the due date on your notice
- If you do not reverify, your PIPP benefit may end
