Step forward announces that its Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) application for program years 2022 and 2023 is available for review Wednesday, December 1, 2021, through Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Review hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weekdays, at Step Forward's main office located at 1801 Superior Avenue, Suite 400, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. Step Forward is the designated Community Action Agency (CAA) for Cuyahoga County. Our mission is to propel educational attainment and economic self-sufficiency for multiple generations throughout Cuyahoga County.
