Welcoming a new baby is one of life’s most joyful moments. Keeping your little one safe while they sleep is key to their health and well-being. That’s why we offer the Safe Sleep Program, designed to teach parents and moms-to-be how to create safe sleep environments.
Each fall, we celebrate families who complete the program at our Safe Sleep Graduation Party. This special event honors your commitment to your baby’s safety and supports you with essential baby gifts, including new cribs.

Bringing a new baby into the world is a special moment, and every family deserves to feel celebrated, supported, and prepared. Each May, Step Forward hosts the Community Baby Shower, a joyful and free event for expecting parents and families with young infants. It’s more than just a giveaway; it’s a day of connection, encouragement, and care for our community’s newest little ones and those who love them.
Who can attend:
If you're an expecting mom or a parent of a baby under six months of age and meet income-elibility guidelines, we'd love to celebrate with you. Spots are limited, and registration is required.
