I'm inspired by knowing that the work we do helps individuals and families overcome challenges and build a better future. While my role is behind the scenes, I know that strong financial management helps ensure Step Forward can continue serving our community.
Saaid Mansour serves as Chief Financial Officer for Step Forward, where he oversees the agency's financial operations and helps ensure resources are managed responsibly in support of its mission.
A Cleveland native and Cleveland State University graduate, Saaid joined Step Forward in 2014 as a temporary accountant. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced through several leadership roles before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2025.
Saaid is committed to responsible financial stewardship and strengthening the organization's ability to serve individuals, families, and communities across Northeast Ohio.
What's one value that guides your leadership?
Teamwork. I believe the best results come from working together, communicating openly, and supporting one another.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting my children in their activities, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.
What's one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
People are often surprised by how competitive I am, whether I'm on the golf course or cheering on my children at their wrestling tournaments.
