Duties: Maintain a professional appearance to create a great living experience for residents and prospects; Answering resident phone calls and any prospective leasing calls; Renting vacant and soon to be vacant units; Creating Work Orders; Collecting of Rental Payments. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience a plus; Must be able to start and stop many projects at one time; Good oral and written communication skills; Ability to learn and institute industry standards; Basic computer skills required (Word & Excel).
