HEAP Courtesy Center

Step Forward is proud to announce that the HEAP Courtesy Center, located at 4834 Richmond Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128, is now open! This center will assist individuals and families with the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP). Our knowledgeable staff can help clients with disconnection notices, loss of service, and all other HEAP-related services, making utility payments more affordable and ensuring clients remain in good standing with PIPP.
