Proposed Plan for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Funds Available for Review and Comment

Step forward has announced that its proposed plan for its Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds for program years 2026 and 2027 is available for review and comment Wednesday, October 15, 2025, through Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Review days and hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Step Forward's main office located at 1801 Superior Avenue, Suite 400, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.

Step Forward is the designated Community Action Agency {CAA) for Cuyahoga County. Our programs and services are designed to achieve our mission, which is "to propel educational attainment and economic self-sufficiency for multiple generations throughout Cuyahoga County."
